1. Call Maybank customer service at 1300-88-6688 to unblock your ID.
2. Their customer service officer will ask you as to the error code appears on your screen and details of your ATM card's number, full name, NRIC No, Maybank branch where you opened up account and your address for the purpose of verification.
3. Upon confirmation, you will be able to login to your Maybank2u account as usual.
4. Change the challenge questions as this is crucial to secure your account from being access by someone else.
5. Like it or not but you have to memorize the three answers to the challenge questions as further verification during transaction in order to protect you against any identity and account information theft.
