Don't just sit back and re- login hundred times cause it won't work. Do the following:-
1. Call Maybank customer service at 1300-88-6688 to unblock your ID.
2. Their customer service officer will ask you as to the error code appears on your screen and details of your ATM card's number, full name, NRIC No, Maybank branch where you opened up account and your address for the purpose of verification.
3. Upon confirmation, you will be able to login to your Maybank2u account as usual.
4. Change the challenge questions as this is crucial to secure your account from being access by someone else.
5. Like it or not but you have to memorize the three answers to the challenge questions as further verification during transaction in order to protect you against any identity and account information theft.
I don't remember any challenge questions when I register m2u 5 years ago.
ReplyDeleteYou may call their customer service at 1300-88-6688. Get ready with your Maybank card and few particulars that will be asked for verification. They will help you to unlock your M2U id, and upon login you have to set again the "challenge question" & memorize them. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteI dont think so. If im bot mistaken only your online banking account (M2U ID) ia locked n blocked to access. Your maybank acc is still valid n active and so all the other services except for online banking services/M2U
